Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) seeks an accomplished and community-oriented executive to serve as President of Beth Israel Deaconess–Plymouth (BID-Plymouth). This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a trusted, high-performing community hospital and advance its mission as a vital part of the BILH system.

The President will be a visible and engaged leader with a strong presence in the community, committed to ensuring BID-Plymouth continues to deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. The ideal candidate is a proven operational leader with experience driving accountability and operational excellence, fostering physician and staff engagement, and managing effectively in a union environment.

Key priorities include:

• Strengthening relationships with community partners and expanding the hospital’s service area and programs to meet evolving regional needs.
• Leading physician recruitment and development efforts to ensure ongoing access to exceptional clinical talent.
• Advancing a culture of collaboration, quality, and financial stewardship within an integrated health system.
  
  

Candidates should bring prior leadership experience as President or senior executive of a community hospital, a record of operational achievement, and the ability to inspire teams through authenticity, communication, and results.
